By accessing or using VP Core (“the Service”), a product of Varsity Page, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

VP Core is a school athletics operations platform that provides:

• Team and roster management
• Schedule and event management
• Sponsor relationship tracking
• Document management and organization
• VP Chat AI assistant for answering questions about your athletics program

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VP Core only for lawful purposes related to school athletics operations. You may not:

• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access data belonging to other schools or organizations
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including student privacy laws

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to VP Core. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and consents to upload information, particularly regarding student and staff data.

6. AI Features

VP Chat and other AI-powered features use artificial intelligence to process your data and provide responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You should verify important information independently.

We use AI model providers including Google and Anthropic. Your data is not used to train these models.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of VP Core may require payment. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated during the purchase process. We use Stripe as our payment processor.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Intellectual Property

VP Core, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Varsity Page. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without permission.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted according to our retention policies.

11. Disclaimers

VP Core is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varsity Page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VP Core.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
